<p><strong><a href="https://www.eurobillard.org/medias/sport-rules/sport-rules-2023-2024/c17-ceb-gp-3c-u21-23-24.pdf" target="_blank">Tournament Rules</a></strong></p>rnrn<p>This competition is part of the Longoni NextGen&nbsp;circuit of 3 event: 2 Grand Prix 3C U21 and the European Championship 3C U21. Each event will assign&nbsp;points in a dedicated yearly ranking.
